Oral Presenter Guidelines
- The presenter should enter the ‘meeting room’ at least 10 minutes before the start of the parallel session in which they are presenting. Lateness may result in disqualification.
- A 10-minute presentation based on the accepted abstract is expected, and a PowerPoint or PDF presentation must support it.
- The organizing committe will show the presentation material that sent by authors before.
- To stick to the allotted time, presenters are expected to set and adhere to their timer.
- A panel discussion will be held after several presenters have presented their work, during which they will engage with the audience. All participants are expected to be actively engage in the discussion.
Poster Presenter Guidelines
The accepted poster will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference.
Therefore, poster presenters are requested to be available by their posters during the poster session to address any queries regarding the posters.
Preparing Your Poster
Poster Size and Content Guideline
To ensure that the scientific content is displayed attractively and professionally, please fulfill the requirements below:
- Size: The poster’s dimensions are 60 cm x 160 cm (X-Banner).
- Font Size: The font size can range from 24 to 42.
- The largest font size should be the title. The next largest font size should be the section headings. The smallest font size should be the details (body).
- Lay Out: The poster must be in Portrait (vertical) format.
The poster may include the following sections:
- Poster Title
- Author name(s) and affiliation
- Introduction/Objectives
- Methods
- Results and Discussion (may include graphs, tables, and figures)
- Conclusion
- References
- Acknowledgement
Please note:
The organizers do not print posters. The author/authors should deliver a printed poster to the Conference Organizers at the reception desk on the first day of the Conference (10 September 2024).
